FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS for A Day At The Park

1. The show goes ahead rain or shine. A Day At The Park is held in November one of the driest months of the year, to eliminate the possibility of being rained out. In case of inclement weather there are undercover areas in the arena and ponchos will be for sale. The show will only be abandoned if conditions are deemed dangerous. Refunds will only be available at the point of purchase, if a show is abandoned or cancelled.

2. Under 15's must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 15 years of age who have purchased a ticket will only be permitted into the concert site if they are accompanied by their parent/step parent or legal guardian. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parent/step parent or legal guardian they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.

3. No Animals of any kind are permitted at A Day At The Park.

4. The Festival is a licensed event.
No Alcohol is permitted. There will be a number of licensed bars at the event. Intoxicated persons will be refused entry & service.

5. I.D. Everyone at A Day On The Park must have ID with them. If you are intending to drink please have a valid Driver's licenses, Proof of Age Cards or a current, valid passport. For over-18s, student ID cards do not qualify, nor do household bills or letters.

6. Food
– you are permitted to bring home prepared meals with you to A Day At The Park. However commercially prepared food, metal utensils, glass, crockery & soft drinks / juices are not permitted. Sealed water bottles are permitted. There will be a good quality range of food stalls at the event with reasonably priced food for purchase.

7. Picnic Rugs & cushions to sit on are permitted, however - Sunshades, fold up / camping chairs, milk crates, trestles or umbrellas will also not be permitted into the venue. There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will need to be stored at a cost of $3.00 / item.

8. Water -  there will be a refill tank on site for patrons to use free of charge. Bottled water is also available.

9. Sun Protection – please use protection, hats, sunscreen, long sleeves whilst in the sun, it’s a great day of quality music, we want you to be able to see it all – safely!

10. ATM – there are ATMs in the venue for you to access cash.

11. Bare Feet
– you must wear footwear. Thongs & sandals are ok, but you might want to consider some enclosed footwear.

12. Pass-Outs. No pass outs are available, come prepared for the day. Once you leave, you will not be permitted to enter again.

13. Police. A Day At The Park is required to pay police to attend the event. The police will be present during the entire event.

14. Security. A Day At The Park utilizes friendly security that is skilled in large-scale music events. They are there to ensure the safety of all patrons.

15. Cloakroom. A cloakroom is available at the event for $3.00 / item.

16. Transport. A Day At The Park has organized buses to run throughout the event period to local destinations, so that you don’t have to worry about parking or driving. Please see the website of local guides closer to the event for all travel information.  Parking is available at the event for a fee.

17. First Aid. St Johns ambulance staff will be on-site during the event.

18. Disabled Facilities. The will be disabled parking and stadium has amenities and access for disabled persons.

19. Refunds. Refunds will not be available. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions.

20. Schedule. Occasionally changes occur that are out of our control. Scheduled performance times and artist line-ups are subject to change. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

21. Smoking. You can smoke at the concert. However smoking is not permitted in the family area.

22. Lost Property. Enquiries regarding lost property can be made to The Cronulla Leagues Club reception from 10:00am on Sunday 15th of November 2009.

23. Gates Close.
Gates will be closed at 8:30pm.

24. Merchandise. Artists merchandise will be available for sale alongside the signing area.

25. Cameras. Please note that only small lens still cameras are permitted, no video cameras or recording equipment. It will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.

26. Prohibited Items. Most are listed above, further items not permitted -
Glass, cans, alcohol, illegal drugs, metal cutlery, crockery, skateboards, boogie boards, milk/bread crates, chairs (folding, portable, camping), anything studded (i.e. belts, wristbands etc.), weapons of any kind, fireworks, video and tape recording devices, professional still cameras (small still cameras ARE allowed), laser lights, umbrellas (bring a plastic poncho or a raincoat instead.), water pistols, any other items considered illegal or dangerous and strictly no animals.

27. Search.
On entry to A Day At The Park security will be conducting bag searches. Be patient and assist our security, they are only conducting searches to ensure safety for all.

28. Tickets
cannot be reissued, no name changes are permitted.
