WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU COMBINE SPANDEX WITH A RADIO HOST?

Black Rose. But we'll come back to that later.

A Day At The Park is proud to announce the last additions to the already stellar line-up. After one-month ofBattle of The Band heats at Cronulla live music venue Brass Monkey, three local acts have been asked to join the Line-up.....drum roll please....and the winners are The Retreat, I Am Apollo & Autumn For Kings.

Now, when you think of great Australian rock bands, you probably think Chisels, the Oils, Acca Dacca. BlackRose probably isn't the first thing that springs to mind. A day of amazing music needs to be fun, our final edition to the line-up pokes fun at everything rock.Combining four n twenty pies, sunnyboys, holden cars, moonboots and spandex seamlessly into a melting pot of ultimate Aussie Rock is Black Rose. Part superheros, part super bogans, Black Rose is fronted by none other than Nova Breakfast radio host Rosso. A '90s stadium rock band that didn't really make it out of the front bar, they've somehow wrangled their way onto A Day At The Park.

If you want a laugh, or you take hair rock extremely seriously, then Black Rose are the band for you.
